How Do I Return or Exchange an Order?

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’ve got you covered. Size exchanges are free of charge, so you can get the right fit without hesitation.

Returns

If you choose to return an item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method minus a small handling/restocking fee.


Lost or Missing Packages

Most orders ship via USPS and include tracking.

  • If tracking is marked “Delivered” but the package was not received (mailbox theft, etc.), OFF CUT will issue a 50% store credit toward a replacement order.

  • If tracking shows no movement or updates for 5 consecutive days, contact us and we’ll send a replacement free of charge, regardless of whether the issue was on our end or the carrier’s.
