A lightweight, soft waffle-knit thermal built for lifters: room through the chest and shoulders without the extra length.
The waffle knit thermal has been a staple for decades: first issued, then adopted everywhere from outdoor job sites to weight rooms.
We kept it simple with a lightweight fabric and relaxed fit, perfect for year-round wear. Though the fabric looks normal, it is far from it. With 32 singles ring spun cotton, you can feel the immediate difference in comfort, softness, and breathability when worn.
With broader shoulders and a slightly shorter body, it's designed to work with the proportions you’ve earned in the gym. Finished with minimal branding and a reinforced hem for durability, nothing is added that doesn’t belong.

Phenomonal shirts!
It fits great and moves well with me while warming up
Very nice and well fitted, I thought they were gonna look more loose on me since I don’t consider myself very muscular. I’m 5’7 and 155 lbs lean, and I look jacked on them!

Great fit and thin enough to not feel out of place while lifting. Exactly what I wanted. Liked that 2 shirts clears the bar for free shipping. Wish these were $30-35 but as a new product in 2026 this is a fair price (so long as it stays for a couple years). Also wish it was either less polyester or notably from recycled materials. But finally have a thermal that fits the shoulders and breathes while I’m training. Looking at the black and waiting for the sweatpants as well. Thanks Cade and team.
true to size and great fit where you want it, fitted around the upper chest, upper back, and arms, with breathability from the midsection down. the material mix is great, high quality cotton with nice elasticity. Its a great shirt to wear for layers during work and then immediately go hit a lift + errands in it.
I’ve been wearing the thermal nonstop while running, lifting, and climbing. The fit is great and the lightweight material makes it super breathable while exercising. I’m planning on getting the black and olive as well

Excellent thermals. Just the right thickness, soft, fits my shoulders, drapes well and just the right length in the arms and waist.

Extremely comfortable fit, if you actually workout this is tight where it’s supposed to be and loose around your mid section. Generally don’t write reviews but had a great experience with the support team and that sold me on 3 more of the thermals. Good stuff.

Wish they had a longer option, if I lift my arms to do anything, it lifts all the way past my belly button, even with the XL. I’m 6 foot. Other than that they’re good.
